Returns and exchanges
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery without charges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Size or colour exchanges
Within 14 days of delivery, we offer one free size or colour exchange per item. SKN covers collection and delivery charges.
Faulty items
If your item is faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery. You can choose a full refund or a replacement. SKN covers all associated shipping costs and resolves your request within 7 days of the request.
Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for your purchase.
Your return and faulty-item rights also apply to sale and clearance items.

القطع المعيبة
إذا كانت القطعة معيبة، تواصلي معنا خلال 30 يومًا من استلامها. يمكنك اختيار استرداد المبلغ بالكامل أو استبدال القطعة. تتحمل SKN جميع تكاليف الشحن المرتبطة بالطلب، وتتم معالجة طلبك خلال 7 أيام من تقديمه.
استرداد المبلغ
يتم رد المبلغ باستخدام طريقة الدفع نفسها التي استُخدمت عند الشراء.
تسري حقوق الإرجاع وحقوقك في حالة وجود عيب أيضًا على القطع المعروضة ضمن التخفيضات أو التصفية.
